Release of Defects

We signed the closing documents this morning on this old farmhouse in Snoqualmie, WA. It was built in 1939, and added on to in the early 60’s. One of the papers we signed was a “release of defects.” As I signed, I laughed. This house is one big defect.

How exciting.

I am opening up this blog once more to document the remodeling process. Here are a few exterior shots of the house as it sits now.
